Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program offers classes for both adults and kids, providing a safe and supportive environment to learn self-defense, improve fitness, and build confidence. Adults can train from fundamentals to advanced techniques while kids enjoy age-appropriate classes that develop coordination, discipline, and respect — all while having fun on the mats.
Is BJJ good for fitness and weight loss?
Absolutely. BJJ is a full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, endurance, and helps burn calories while learning practical self-defense.
Am I too old to start BJJ?
Definitely not. We have students of all ages and fitness levels. Our instructors will adapt training to your pace and abilities.
How often should I train as a beginner?
We recommend 2–3 times per week to build consistency and let your body adapt, but you’re welcome to train more if you’d like.
Do I need any prior experience to start BJJ?
Not at all. Our beginner program is designed for complete beginners, and you’ll learn everything step-by-step.
