Our MMA program combines striking, wrestling, and grappling to create a complete skill set for both beginners and experienced martial artists. With classes for adults and kids, students build confidence, fitness, and discipline while learning effective techniques in a safe, structured, and supportive environment.

What is MMA?

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) combines striking and grappling techniques from martial arts such as boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our program teaches these skills in a structured, safe environment.

Do I need prior experience to join MMA classes?

No prior experience is required. Our beginner program will suit you perfectly, and our coaches adapt training to your skill and fitness level. You’ll build fundamentals before progressing to more advanced techniques.

Is MMA training safe?

Yes, safety is a top priority. Classes focus on controlled drills, technique, and fitness. Training is always supervised to make sure you build confidence while you learn & improve.

What equipment do I need for MMA training?

We have a full set of equipment consisting in Alexandre Fitness rashguard, shorts, spats, gloves, shinguards & mouthguard. These are all available at the gym & also in our online shop.
