Kids program
Our Kids Program is designed to give children a fun and engaging way to learn martial arts in a safe and supportive environment. Through age-appropriate classes, kids develop coordination, balance, and agility while also building important life skills like discipline, focus, and respect. Beyond the physical training, Jiu-Jitsu helps children grow in confidence, make new friends, and enjoy being active — all while having fun on the mats.
What age groups can join the Kids BJJ program?
Our kids program is divided into two groups: ages 4–6 and ages 7–12, with training tailored to the needs and abilities of each age range.
Does my child need any prior martial arts experience?
Not at all. Our beginner program will suit them perfectly, and instructors make sure every child feels comfortable learning at their own pace.
How will BJJ benefit my child outside of training?
Beyond fitness and self-defense, kids build self-esteem, resilience, confidence, focus, discipline, and respect — skills that carry over to school and everyday life.
Is BJJ safe for kids?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Classes are supervised closely, techniques are taught step-by-step, and training is always age-appropriate.
